Hey parents we really could use your help next Thursday for our "striking" the set day. It was scheduled for Wednesday but there is a choir concert. If you have not put in your hours this is a great opportunity for you to help. If you just want to feel those last moments of pitching in and helping we could use every last one of you so we can get the stage taken apart and cleaned up as quickly as possible! We are going to start after school with the stage crew and cast doing what we can, but then we need parents to come as soon as possible with drills so we can take apart the large set piece at the back of the stage. We will be going from 3 to 6 PM. If we have a lot of people it will go really fast! Thank you for all of your incredible help parents and students!!! 😀
Costume Check In this week!
Everyone will be bringing in costumes this week in preparation for dress rehearsals Saturday-this is getting exciting!! Please check below for which day your group is assigned.
Please bring all costume pieces labelled in a labelled garment bag; a grocery sack works well around the top of the hanger for shoes and accessories.
You will hang up your costume bag on one of the racks outside the costume room immediately after school and before rehearsal. Costume pieces you were assigned will join your costume bag at that time as well.
Humu: if you are in Humu, we will assign costumes after rehearsal on Friday-it will take about 15-20 mins-please be there! We will not have time on Saturday to assign costumes
Polka Dots and Stripes: Wednesday
Paisley: Thursday at lunch-originally scheduled for Monday after rehearsal but I didn’t see any of you!!!
Ginghams and Plaids: Thursday
